Groove Dance Experience
Get those endorphins flowing and let loose! This is a super easy, super fun way to move. Our infectious energy and uplifting music will get you dancing like never before. Expect to leave with a mahoosive smile on your face.
One2One Online Yoga
If you are looking for a highly personalised experience from the comfort of your own home, my online yoga is for you. Embrace tranquillity, improve flexibility, and find balance through guided sessions customised entirely to your unique goals.
Our Locations
You can find our in-person group classes running at these lovely local spaces:
Kendal Pole Classes: Held at our dedicated home, The Studio, 31a Castle Mills in Kendal.
Groove Classes: Held at Christ the King Church Hall in Milnthorpe, and Preston Patrick Memorial Hall in Crooklands.
Park Groove: Our outdoor Silent Disco sessions running throughout the summer right in the heart of Kendal.

Our venues are easily accessible from Junction 36 of the M6, making them a perfect fitness hub for our wonderful community joining us from Kendal, Windermere, Milnthorpe, Carnforth, Grange-over-Sands, and all surrounding areas.
