“I did not really know what Groove was but I went to my first class and loved it. It was fun, friendly and invigorating. It is somewhere you can be yourself, feel young again as there are no rules you can just let it all out freely. Would recommend it to anyone. Thanks to Soozi and all of the class for making me feel so welcome.“

“I absolutley love our Groove classes with Soozi! She is so motivating and so encouraging (and as a non-dancer before Soozi brought Groove into my life, I have never felt out of place at her sessions - I just find its soooo relaxing, re-invigorating and refreshing!) and my week is just a whole lot better with her and our Groovy Girlies in it!“

“I found Groove with Soozi in Feb 2024. I joined wanting something I could move and do at my own level and get fitter and have some fun. It met that in bucket loads but I was, and still am so so happy I found Groove! It not only offers the above, but it's the most inclusive activity I have ever done and Soozi creates an environment where we can all just be perfectly us with no judgment and no concern of what anyone might think. It is a really affirming hour of dance, movement, smiles and uplifting music with other lovely folks! I'm so grateful I can join!“

“Soozi is the most amazing Groove facilitator and Groove is a wonderful way of exercising. I can highly recommend both the group and this form of exercise. The great thing about Soozi is that she is a caring and all inclusive facilitator, encouraging students to be themselves and do their own version of Groove. This means you move the way that suits your needs best. Finding this group has hugely impacted my life in the most positive way. Come and give it a go - the first session is free so you’ve got nothing to lose!”

“It's difficult to describe Groove dancing but I will try! First and foremost It is so empowering as under the guidance of the wonderful Miss Soozi Kay you are encouraged to interpret the music and dance and move how you see fit, there is no wrong or right way! You can't get it wrong! It' is so much fun and truly uplifting. No one judges how you dance, members of the group are all supportive and caring of each other. You become fitter and your balance and coordination improves. Groove is wonderful for mind, body and soul and I would whole heartedly Recommend it. Oh and the music is just Fabulous!”

“If you don't know anything about groove or interested in finding out. Soozi it a brilliant instructor. The classes are small so members are really supportive of each other inside and outside of the groove classes. Groove is a class great for people with no experience in dance and whom feel uncomfortable in a traditional aerobics class. Soozi sets the music and you go at your own pace. No dance moves, just move as you please.”

“Soozi is truly an inspiration to us all. The Groove class makes me feel uplifted and happy, I'm not sure how that happens but it does. It has taught me to be myself and not to be self conscious. I have met some lovely people in the Groove class, they are such an empowering group and that is thanks to you Soozi.“

“Went to Soozi's Groove class with my family and it was phenomenal! Not found such a fun and freeing way to get moving before or since. I'm not local or I'd be there every week. Even if you're skeptical give it a go, nothing to lose and a lot to gain!“
