Hey there. I’m Soozi Kay, a pole fitness instructor, GROOVE dance fitness facilitator and yoga teacher from the historic market town of Kendal in the South Lakes.

If you’re looking for fun new ways to move your body, I would be absolutely thrilled to welcome you to a pole fitness or GROOVE class in South Cumbria.

I teach in Kendal, Milnthope and Crooklands, and promise a warm welcome and a safe, supportive space where you can de-stress, get fit, and have fun. Did I mention making friends and building confidence in bucketloads?

Best of all, my classes are suitable for everyone, and you don’t need any skills or experience to get started.

Kendal pole classes are held at The Studio, 31a Castle Mills in Kendal. Groove is at Christ the King Church Hall, Milnthorpe and Preston Patrick Memorial Hall, Crooklands. All classes are located for easy access from M6 J36, Carnforth, Burton, Holme, Endmoor, Burneside, Staveley, Windermere, Grange, Penrith, Sedbergh, Arnside and all surrounding areas.
